Kersley leads Business Development at Pace International, spearheading our HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) growth initiatives. With multiple years of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, he brings deep market insight, strong industry relationships, and a practical understanding of operational needs within the sector. Driven by results and relationship-building, Kersley focuses on identifying new opportunities, expanding strategic partnerships, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads. Beyond HORECA development, he plays a critical role in aligning projects across industries—working closely with our procurement and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination from opportunity generation to execution. His ability to bridge market demand with internal capabilities strengthens our project delivery and ensures Pace International continues to grow in a structured, synchronized, and sustainable manner.
